Protecting your personal data matters to us. In accordance with Articles 13 and 14 GDPR we explain below which data we process on this website, for what purpose, and which rights you have.
Controller

Purposes of processing
Providing and securely operating the website, handling viewing, brochure and contact requests, and the subsequent communication with you.
Legal bases
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request), Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent, in particular for the contact form and optional external content) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website).
Contact and viewing form data
We process first and last name, email address, and optionally phone number, language, preferred date, number of guests and your message. These details are required to answer your enquiry. Data is never passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.
Server log files
When the website is accessed, the hosting infrastructure processes technically necessary access data (including truncated IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser type). This data serves solely secure operation and abuse prevention and is not merged with other sources.
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Only your language selection, your privacy decision and a note whether the intro film has already played in this session are stored as strictly necessary values. They remain in your browser and are not transmitted to us. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings.
Recipients and processors
Hosting, database and email delivery are provided via the Lovable platform (Lovable Labs Incorporated) under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Your enquiry is additionally forwarded to the contact person responsible for the property (Raiffeisen Immobilien Tirol) so that it can be answered.
Transfers to third countries
Where processing takes place outside the EEA as part of the hosting and email infrastructure, it is based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) together with supplementary safeguards.
External content
No external content, tracking pixels, social media plugins or map services are currently loaded. Should external content be embedded in the future, this will only happen after your explicit consent via the consent banner.
Retention
Enquiry data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the response, at the latest once communication has ended and any statutory retention periods have expired. Technical access data is deleted promptly.
Automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future by writing to office@felixteichmann.com.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at, www.dsb.gv.at.
